Dr. Terry McLendon of Montgomery Watson Harza will speak on "Ecological Succession and Its Role in Vegetation Change" this Wednesday, November 16 at 7 p.m at the First United Methodist Church, 205 N. Fowler St., Bishop. (Yes, it's a double-feature night--the Inyo County Water Commission meeting at 6 p.m. will probably overlap the MWH talk.) The presentation, according to an LADWP announcement, will address succession and its role in changes to plant communities over time. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
