The public will also be offered the opportunity to address the Technical Group on any matter within the Technical Group's jurisdiction prior to adjournment of the meeting.

a. Consideration of recommendation to amend the Deep Well Operational Testing Plan to remove Well T674 as a trigger well
b. Consideration of request of the County to amend the Deep Well Operational Testing Plan to modify the provision for notifying the County if a depth-to-water trigger is reached
c. Discussion of status on the continuation of the Deep Operational Test

4. Discussion of Status of the Request by County for the Technical Group to Begin Evaluation of the Need for Additional Monitoring and Management for Operation of Replacement Wells on the Bishop Cone

5. Presentation of a Request from the County to Discontinue Reinhackle Spring Operational Test

6. Discussion of Big Pine Ditch System Project
a. Report on status of the project
b. Discussion on commencing the release of up to 200 acre-feet to habitat area south of Klondike Lake in May 2004

7. Laws Ranch Irrigation Project

b. Discussion of Technical Group responsibilities to monitor for potential impacts and prepare annual mitigation monitoring report
c. Consideration of partial exemption of the operation of Wells 236 and 413 to supply water for irrigation. (This action is consistent with the approved Laws Irrigation Project.)
d. Modification of the mitigation plan for Laws Parcel 118 to allow for the conversion to irrigated native pasture of approximately 32 acres of land currently designated to be revegetated with native species. (This action is consistent with the approved Laws Irrigation Project.)

8. Discussion Concerning Request for Proposals for Inventory and Classification of Riparian Vegetation in the Owens Valley

9. Mitigation Identified in the 1991 EIR for Groundwater Management
a. Report on the status of the work performed on Dryland Revegetation Study
