| The Owens Valley groundwater committee will meet Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Ceal Klingler's home in Bishop. The meeting is open to anyone who has an interest in groundwater issues (from activists to out-of-state visitors). Topics we'll discuss include basic Inyo County groundwater issues, what information we need about those issues, spring field trips, and public education.
